This is my second pillow! I love it! I broke a vertebrate in my neck several years ago ( bike accident) and it’s the only pillow I use to help me sleep.

Ok I will say the pillow is nice from a supportive point of view. I like that I was able to adjust how much millet was inside and save the extra for later (I removed about 8 cups, I’m a side sleeper).

However, the pillow is SUPER smelly. It smells like the wool was not properly washed, so best described as a “barnyard” scent. Like if you’ve ever been to a petting zoo with sheep, it smells like how sheep do. Not bad per se, just very animalistic.

Given that you can’t return the pillow and it’s expensive, I have tried to use it despite the scent for the past 2 weeks. The smell has gotten slightly better but is still not 100% gone. The first morning after using it I woke up and my hair smelled like a farm. Even my partner who has a terrible sense of smell noticed! I’m not sure if I got a bad batch or maybe the wool washing was skipped with my batch, because none of the other reviews mention a smell. But buy at your own risk if you are sensitive to smells!

I have 2 Sachi pillows and I like them a lot for the same reasons: natural, really shapes around your neck and head for the perfect support. However, I also dislike both for the same reason: they flatten really, really fast. Every couple of months I have to refill my pillow with millet to get the right volume again. It gets cumbersome and expensive! But are they the best pillows I have ever slept on? Yes. Fixed my chronic back pain.

I find many pillows don’t hold up and the pure buckwheat pillows sometimes a bit hard. This millet and wool pillow is a nice combination of the softness of common pillows with the underlying support of similar to a buckwheat pillow. Very well made. I like the 2 chamber serviceable/modifiable design. Perhaps not for everyone, however, it is worth the premium price for me.

I’ve been using it for a few months.

Very breathable and it's very supportive.

I had bought my first millet pillow in 2020, this purchase was for my husband whom was saying his neck was bothering him. Now he loves it! Along with a friend that bought one after my recommendation last year. Keep up your wonderful product!

not the support i thought it might be, nor what was written up as for it focus piece. played with filler, in, out, very good pieces, but they don't seem to go well together to relax the neck and shoulders while sleeping.

Its smaller than my other pillow. I use either and find no difference. I prefer this to the other wool millet pillow made in Seattle I believe. Quality is better. Materials are heavier. Functionally appears to be more serviceable.

I love this pillow. It helped my neck and shoulder tension. I sleep better now and using any other pillow negatively affects my sleep.

So far so good! Haven’t had a neck ache thus far. Haven’t had product long enough.

My neck and shoulders have been killing me until I got this pillow. I think I've finally found my holy Grail pillow! I'm a combination side and stomach sleeper so finding a pillow that works for both positions is really hard. I like that I can shift the filling around when I roll over and the wool keeps it soft enough that my ear doesn't hurt.
It initially feels really firm, hard even, give it a few minutes it gets way better.
I took out about 3 cups of the millet filling because my shoulders aren't very broad. I plan to use the filling I took out to make myself some back lumbar support pillows. It also came with a bag of extra filling.
